Tribological Study on SiC+Graphene Reinforced Al319 Composite andOptimization of Stir Casting Parameters
Abstract: The aluminium 319 (Al319) is a commonly used material for fabricating automobile components. Due to continuous friction and vibration, those components are subjected to significant wear. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the wear characteristics of this Al319. Hence, in this study Silicon Carbide (SiC) and Graphene nanoparticles (GNPs) are reinforce to Al319 via electro-magnetic stir casting method to optimize wear characteristics without its affecting mechanical properties. Various proposition of …

Optimization of Liquid Metal Nanocomposites and Biogas Addition Rate Using ANN-GA
Abstract: In this study, the liquid metal nanocomposites were investigated using artificial neural network (ANN) prediction capabilities for Compression Ignition (CI) engine performance. The independent input variables selected were load (20-100%), Liquid-metal nanocomposites Doped Rate (NDR, 0-50 ppm), and Biogas Flow Rate (BFR, 0.5-1.0 kg/h). The Central Composite Face-Centered Design (CCFCD) was used in conjunction with the selected input variables and output parameters to assist in the preparation of the Design …

Parametric optimization and validation of novel 3D scanning approach for sustainable manufacturing of patient-specific orthodontic retainers
Abstract: The purpose of the proposed study is to identify the ideal procedure parameters for 3D scanning a denture in order to produce customised orthodontic retainers that can be produced sustainably. However, pilot investigations rarely explore parameters like scanning angle, light intensity, or scanning distance. In order to lower acquisition error, the suggested study examines a method for forecasting the ideal values of the previously indicated scanning parameters. Based on the …
