Clone-Specific Drug Delivery Systems: Targeted Approaches and Future Clinical Applications
Abstract: Clone-specific drug delivery systems represent a transformative frontier in personalized medicine, addressing the longstanding challenge of clonal heterogeneity within diseases such as cancer, infectious diseases, and autoimmune disorders. Traditional drug delivery platforms often fail to discriminate between pathogenic and healthy cells, leading to systemic toxicity and reduced therapeutic efficacy. In contrast, clone-specific systems aim to selectively target and eliminate disease-driving cellular clones based on unique molecular signatures, thereby improving treatment …

Application of pET28a Vector for the Over Expression of Recombinant Human Tim23 Protein in E. coli and its Validation by Immunoblotting
Abstract: This study aimed to produce recombinant human Tim23 protein by molecular cloning, expression, and purification. Amplification of human TIM23 was carried out by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and cloned into DH5α cells. The pET28a-human TIM23 was transformed into BL21DE3 and expressed the gene by IPTG induction. Recombinant pure human Tim23 antigen was prepared, and injected into rabbits and polyclonal antibodies were raised, which was confirmed by western blotting. The transformed …

Phishing Attack, Its Detections and Prevention Techniques
Abstract: The relentless surge of cyber threats represents a pressing challenge to global security and individual privacy. Among these, phishing attacks remain a particularly pernicious form of cybercrime. This study provides a comprehensive review of phishing attacks, their evolution, methodologies, impacts, and countermeasures. The methods of perpetrating phishing attacks have grown in sophistication, extending beyond the common email phishing to include spear phishing, whaling, clone phishing, vishing, smishing, and search engine …

Construction and Development of pSB111 Bar Plasmid Vector for Activation Tagging
Abstract: To get desired traits and to know the precise expression patterns of genes in the plant, Agrobacterium tumefaciens has been widely employed in the generation of transgenic plants using plasmid vectors. Many methods are come forward to establish the gene expression of unknown genes but in these techniques gene alteration isthe main drawback orsometimesit islethal to organisms also, to overcome these problems activator tag method developed to know the specific …

Efficacy of Combination Therapy with Osimertinib and Afatinib in epidermal growth factor receptor-mutant non-small-cell lung cancer Patients
Abstract: Treatment options for patients with non-small-cell lung cancer who have epidermal growth factor receptor mutations are constrained by the emergence of resistance to epidermal growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitors. Osimertinib or afatinib alone, when tested in a laboratory model, led to the formation of drug-resistant clones harboring epidermal growth factor receptor secondary mutations. However, combining these drugs prevented the emergence of such mutations. In a Phase II clinical trial, …

Role of Gastric Receptors in Gastrointestinal Disorder
Abstract: The established and potential roles of cholecystokinin1 and cholecystokinin2 receptors in gastrointestinal and metabolic diseases are analyzed, along with findings from human studies involving agonists and antagonists. While there is considerable evidence implicating cholecystokinin1R in various diseases such as pancreatic disorders, motility disorders, tumor growth, satiety regulation, and cholecystokinin-deficient states, its specific role in these conditions remains ambiguous. Conversely, the role of cholecystokinin2R in physiological (e.g., atrophic gastritis) and pathological …

Everlasting Life Achieved Through Technology in AI
Abstract: The concept of immortality Life is a philosophical idea that states life is limitless and does not stop with death, it exists infinitely. In our Sanskrit scriptures and Santana dharma teach us that there is a life of beginning and an end, which are referred to as birth and death but our souls do not perish, instead, they switch bodies. In this scenario, our memories have evaporated to protect our …
