Recovery of Struvite from Java Plum Leaves
Abstract: AbstractBio-degradation and leaching of java plum leaves liberates phosphate and can be recovered as struvite. Quantity of P2O5 obtained recoverable is 0.3009 g of P2O5/kg of leaves. Concentration of NaOH, ammonia, Magnesium sulphate was varied in aliquot. Process optimum variables were 12 g of 1N NaOH, 15 ml liquor ammonia, 5 g of magnesium sulphate yields 9.398 g of P2O5/kg of leave.

Historical Development and Potentiality of LED-fluorimeter
Abstract: Pulsed LED-fluorimetry is a highly sensitive, versatile, and well-documented field technique for the direct determination of uranium in water samples at the μgL-1 levels. Pulsed LED-fluorimetry has been utilized to assess uranium in a variety of matrices, including mineralized rocks, ores, beneficiation products, and other matrices, without the need for any kind of separation method. Using the high sensitivity of pulsed LED-fluorimetry, interferences from related and auxiliary elements are removed …

Nanoyeast Supported on Silica Gel for The Continuous Flow Bioethanol Production
Abstract: Nanomaterials outperform their bulk counterparts. Yet, production of nanomaterials, especially, nanoyeast is a challenge and is an upcoming field. Yeast is a fungal strain that consumes carbohydrates (glucose, sucrose, molasses and the like) and produces bioethanol, a potential transportation fuel. Impregnation methods are well known in catalysis to yield nanomaterials via better dispersion. An attempt has been made to modulate the size of yeast to increase the efficiency of carbohydrate …
