  Abstract: This paper proposes an IoT-based system for real-time detection and prevention of electricity theft. The system integrates energy meters, optocouplers, relays, Arduino Uno, and Node MCU. It monitors energy usage discrepancies and automatically cuts power to users exceeding a predefined threshold.
