Estimation of JPEG Image Compression for Colour Images Using the Forensic Detector
Abstract: Multimedia items would be required to transmit the secret information between the sender and recipient in order to raise the security level imposed on them. Watermarking is the most frequently habituated system for adding security to photos. In numerous cases, using a watermarking strategy to give security isn't feasible. Because the security communication is visible, hackers may add a watermark on the original image, just like the sender did, and …

Brain Tumor Detection Through CNN: Techniques, Dataset Insights, and Methodology
Abstract: Computer technologies are playing huge roles in some areas of the medical domain like surgery and therapy of different diseases. Researchers are doing studies and trying to experiment to detect different diseases like cancer, virus infections, and leprosy. There are many different medical imaging datasets that are publicly available for medical research purposes of diseases like cancer, virus infections, and leprosy, etc. where we can be able to access large …

Image Compression via Non-separable Discrete Fractional Fourier Transform
Abstract: The main idea behind image compression is to reduce the bandwidth for transmission and required space for storage. Thus, image compression is of great importance. In this paper we present the image compression technique using Non-Separable Discrete Fractional Fourier Transform (NSDFrFT). Numerical simulation results suggested that image compression method using NSDFrFT as transform technique gives better performance for images when compression ratio is high in comparison to DFrFT and JPEG. …

Robust Color Image Watermarking using Biometric Protection and Image Authentication Key
Abstract: In recent days, it becomes difficult to provide protection to color images which were captured by modern capturing devices. This paper presents a novel work on copyright protection by providing authentication process for extraction of watermark of color still images. New blind frequency domain non-correlation based watermarking algorithm using one dimensional Walsh coding technique is introduced to improve the robustness. The developed algorithms do not required the original image for …

Embedding Dual Watermark in the G-Channel Image Using DCT and 2-D Walsh Code
Abstract: This paper uses two dimensional Walsh coding for blind twofold watermarking algorithm which mixes robust copyright watermark and authentication information into various color images to maintain the copyright ownership of the host images. First watermark i.e. fingerprint image is embedded in the DCT low frequency coefficients of the G-channel image of host image where as the second watermark i.e. mobile phone number is embedded in the DCT block of G-channel …

Optical/Handwritten Data Recognition
Abstract: For many years, optical character recognition (OCR) has been a hot topic. It's the process of breaking down a document image into its individual characters. Despite decades of intensive research, producing OCR with human-like skills is still a work in progress. The industries have long used localization and recognition of written characters for a number of applications. When working in a sterile environment, such as scanners or static settings, most …
