Survey in Hydrazine and its Preparation, Reactions, and Their Applications
Abstract: This review concerned with hydrazine derivatives; Hydrazine is an important chemical compound used in jet engine and rocket fuel. Therefore, the European Union prohibits its sales to the developing world at 100% concentration and only permits its sales at 20-25% concentration. It is also used in industry to produce chemicals for textiles, agriculture, photographic development materials, and blowing agents used in the manufacture of foam rubber. It is also used …

Synthesis, Spectral Characterization and Computational Studies of Hydrazine Derivative
Abstract: (E)-1-(2,3-dimethoxy benzylidene)hydrazine (2,3-DMBH) is synthesized by condensation reaction. FT-IR, ¹H NMR, ¹³C NMR spectra were recorded for this compound. The synthesized compounds were evaluated as potential drug candidates through ADME analysis and Lipinski’s rule verification. Molecular docking studies against six proteins using AUTO DOCK software showed promising results. Among them, 2,3-DMBH exhibited strong binding affinities, particularly with 3ERT (-5.44 kcal/mol), followed by 5F90, 7E9B, and 3EWD. These findings suggest that …

5-Methyl-2-phenyl-2,4-dihydro-3H-pyrazol-4-one: Synthesis and Reactions
Abstract: The presence of the five-member pyrazole nucleus in different structures leads to a large diversity in its applications. In almost every research study, the pyrazole derivatives biological importance faces a competitive challenge in areas of technology, medicine and agriculture. This reflects the description of these derivatives as antibacterial, antifungal, anticancer, antidepressant, anti-inflammatory, anti-tuberculosis, antioxidant as well as antiviral agents. In our review, we will discuss and show the highlights of …

Characterization of Synthesized Heterocyclic Oxadiazole Derivatives Using Mass, UV, IR, and NMR Spectroscopy, Among other Spectroscopic Techniques: Review
Abstract: The current study synthesized and assessed 3-heteroarylazo 4-hydroxy coumarin derivatives' initial antibacterial activities in vitro against four distinct pathogenic bacterial strains, including Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Bacillus subtilis, Escherichia coli, and Staphylococcus aureus. Ampicillin, a common medication, was used to compare each compound's antibacterial properties. UV, IR, 1H NMR, mass spectroscopy, and X-ray diffraction examinations were used to analyze the compounds. By using UV–vis spectra, the solute-chromic behavior of these compounds was …

Synthesis and Characterization of Pyrazole Heterocyclic Derivatives via Vilsmeier-Haack-Reaction and its Schiff`s Bases.
Abstract: The synthesis of New Schiff bases (2; and 3a-c) is reported in this study. These bases were created by reacting -chloro-3-methyl-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazole-4-carbaldehyde (1) with various amines that contained various pharmacophore atoms or groups, such as derivatives of benzothiazole and aniline, in the hopes of having antimicrobial and antifungal properties. Using mild reaction conditions and a good yield percentage, mono-pyrazole Schiff bases (2 and 3a–c) were designed and synthesized by reacting 5-chloro--3-methyl-1-phenyl-pyrazole-4-carbaldehyde …

Use of NMR and Other Spectroscopy Techniques in Heterocyclic Oxadiazole Derivatives Studies: A Review
Abstract: It was possible to create a number of novel symmetrical 2,5-dialkyl-1,3,4-oxadiazoles with substituents including carboxymethylamino, isopropyloxycarbonylmethylamino, and bromine at the terminal positions of the alkyl groups. The multistep process that was devised used hydrazine hydrate, phosphorus oxychloride, and commercially available acid chlorides that varied in alkyl chain length and terminal substituent.Diisopropyliminodiacetate was an easy way to substitute the intermediate bromine-containing 2,5-dialkyl-1,3,4-oxadiazoles. This was followed by hydrolysis in an aqueous methanol …
