Enhancement of Digital Mammograms Using Intuitionistic Fuzzy Entropy Function
Abstract: A novel intuitionistic fuzzy entropy-based algorithm is developed for increasing the contrast of digital mammograms. The contrast enhancement helps in the early detection of masses and microcalcification in tissues thus paving the way for the auxiliary diagnosis of breast cancer. The current techniques for the enhancement of digital mammograms do not consider the uncertainty in pixel intensities of mammograms. The proposed technique aims at enhancing the mammograms using intuitionistic fuzzy …

Contract and Feature Extraction of CBIR Method Using Soft Computing Techniques in Machine Learning
Abstract: There is expansion in size of picture securing and information capacity strategies and furthermore there is expansion in data set of pictures. Prior text-based depiction and manual comment of pictures were utilized for recovery of pictures that was a tedious errand. The need of great importance is to deal with the huge assortments through proficient frameworks called content-based picture recovery frameworks. For this situation visual items in the picture like …

Adaptive Linear Gabor Response Pattern for Palm-print Recognition
Abstract: The advancement of the information society has increased the demand for secure identity systems in a wide range of applications, including financial transactions, forensics, border control, computer security, and law enforcement. Biometrics is an alternative method for accurate and trustworthy authentication in a highly networked society. It is the science of using behavioural (gait, keystroke, signature, etc.) and physiological (face, ear, finger, palmprint, DNA etc.) attributes to validate an individual's …

Video Anomaly Detection using Kalman Based Support Vector Technique
Abstract: AbstractThe digital video processing technology has boomed since last many years. The video processing is done using sum of absolute differences and with the image processing block set. We first calculate motion vectors between successive frames and use them to reduce redundant information. The method uses optical flow algorithm to calculate changes in the intensity of the pixels of the images. Median filtering is used for background extraction which is …
