Aetiological Prescription in Homeopathy that Cured a Case of Chronic Urticaria
Abstract: Urticaria is a common skin disease characterised by recurrent pinkish or red, raised wheals or hives with itching that usually last less than 24 h. However, in some patients lesions persist intermittently or continuously for more than six weeks and are classified as chronic urticaria (CU). Deciphering Th-Related Gene Interactions in Chronic Spontaneous Urticaria: Bioinformatics Insights and Drug Affinity Exploration
Abstract: Objective: There has been a great deal of interest in how inflammatory dermatosis and The cell interact, but the etiopathogenesis of chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU) is still inadequately comprehended. Through bioinformatics techniques, the purpose of this work is to elucdate the molecular mechanism underlying Th-related genes in CSU and seeks to find the highest affinity drug. Methods: The CSU RNA expression profiling dataset provided the basis for the investigation. The …

Angioedema-Diagnosis & Management
Abstract: Angioedema (AE) encompasses a diverse range of conditions categorized into three main groups: (1) angioedema mediated by histamine (AE-H); (2) angioedema mediated by bradykinin (AE-BK); and (3) angioedema with an unknown mechanism (AE-UNK). It can manifest on any part of the body, though commonly affected areas include the face, lips, mouth, throat, larynx, extremities, genital regions, and gastrointestinal tract. AE-H can occur by itself or in conjunction with chronic urticaria, …

The Utilization of Oil Entrapped Floating Alginate Beads in a Gastroretentive Delivery System is Intended to Improve the Bioavailbility of Telmisartan Incorporating Principles of Bioinformatics
Abstract: Oil entrapped floating calcium alginate beads of Telmisartan were successfully prepared using sodium alginate as polymer and two different oil phases of mineral oil and olive oil by emulsion gelation method. The FT-IR spectra of final optimized formulation confirms no drug- polymer incompatibility. The floating time of beads was found to be more than 12 hrs suggesting that the method used for prepration was effective. The floating time of optimized …

Post: Review of Punravartak Jwara with Relationship to Recent Surge in Cardiac Death and COVID-19 Infection
Abstract: The unprecedented 12.5% surge of sudden cardiac death has been reported after COVID-19 outbreak. Central health agency has opined that the COVID-19 vaccine has no relationship with this surge; but the sudden cardiac death with shift i.e. the sudden cardiac death of young in their 40 even with cases of sudden cardiac death in the age group of 20–40. This paradigm change in the prevalence is of serious concern as …
