STRUCTURAL–EPIGENOMIC ATLAS: CNV/SV- DRIVEN PROGNOSTIC REFINEMENT ACROSS CANCERS
Abstract: Structural genomic alterations, including copy number variations (CNVs) and structural variants (SVs), play a central role in cancer initiation and progression. These alterations extend beyond gene dosage effects and interact dynamically with epigenomic mechanisms such as DNA methylation, histone modifications, and three-dimensional chromatin organization. Recent pan-cancer studies have demonstrated that CNV burden and SV signatures reflect key oncogenic processes including chromothripsis, homologous recombination deficiency, enhancer hijacking, and extrachromosomal DNA (ecDNA) …

Investigating the effect of Anodes workfunction on the Opto-electronics Performance of Organic Light Emitting Diode
Abstract: The research aims to assess the performance of organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) by exploring how various anode materials affect their optoelectronic properties. OLEDs are crucial for modern displays and lighting, and their efficiency and functionality are heavily influenced by the materials used in their design. This study examines four different anode materials: Indium Tin Oxide (ITO), Zinc Oxide (ZnO), Aluminum-doped Zinc Oxide (AZO), and Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) Polystyrene Sulfonate (PEDOT: PSS). These materials …

Improvements in Analog Performance of Dual Metal Gate based Silicon-on-Insulator Junctionless Transistor with Pocket Doped Window
Abstract: This paper elucidates the impact of the pocket doped window on the analog performance of dual metal gate based silicon-on-insulator junctionless transistor (DMG SOIJLT). The analog parameters of the proposed SOIJLT are compared with DMG based conventional SOIJLT. The findings of analog performance comparison reveal that transconductance (gm), transconductance generation factor (TGF), output conductance (gd), output resistance (r0), intrinsic gain (AV), and cut-off frequency (fT) have improved for DMG PD-SOIJLT …

Fabrication, Numerical Simulation and Compact Modeling of Ph-BTBT-C10 Organic Thin Film Transistor
Abstract: Flexible and cost-effective electronics have been necessitated by the advent of organic thin-film transistors (OTFTs). This study aims to study the performance of OTFT using a 2-decyl-7-phenyl-[1]benzothieno[3,2-b][1]benzothiophene (Ph-BTBT-C10) organic semiconductor. The paper also explore accurate device modeling for technology optimization and circuit design that supports device improvement. This research includes device fabrication, numerical simulation using TCAD, compact modeling, and parameter extraction. By combining temperature-dependent bandgap narrowing with existing theories, this …

Exploring Moth Diversity in the Ecosystem of Mangalore University Campus, Karnataka
Abstract: The moth is one of the genera of insects of the order Lepidoptera, where butterflies share the same genus. They have nocturnal habits and a high attraction to light. Moths have various sizes, shapes, and colors, with many having duller colors. A study was conducted on the diversity of moth species in Mangalore University campus, Mangalore, Karnataka, for eight months (August 2006 to March 2007). We recorded 39 moths belonging …

Gene Annotation of Cancer Vaccine for Homo sapiens
Abstract: Objectives: Gene annotation helps us to deduce the structural and functional aspects of a gene that encodes for a functional protein in our body. Thus, by determining the coding sequence and gene location we can derive meaningful insights as to what these genes do in our body. In this study, an unknown gene, cancer vaccine for Homo sapiens has been studied and annotated. Methods: This study was based on a …
