MXene-Infused Conductive Nano-Polymers for Edge-Computing Enabled Flexible Environmental Monitoring Devices
Abstract: MXene-infused conductive polymer composites have emerged as highly promising materials for next-generation flexible environmental monitoring devices because they combine electrical conductivity, mechanical flexibility, analyte sensitivity, and compatibility with low-power electronics. In this work, a Ti₃C₂Tₓ MXene–TPU/PVA conductive nano-polymer composite was developed as a multifunctional sensing platform for edge-computing enabled environmental monitoring. The composite was fabricated by dispersing MXene nanosheets into a thermoplastic polyurethane/poly(vinyl alcohol) (TPU/PVA) matrix, coating the conductive precursor …

Hybrid Braking System: Electromagnetic + Disc Braking
Abstract: The Hybrid Braking System combines electromagnetic braking and traditional disc braking to enhance vehicle safety, improve braking response, and reduce mechanical wear. This system integrates sensor fusion technologies, including ultrasonic and infrared sensors, to enable adaptive braking based on real-time road conditions. A PID-based control algorithm optimizes braking force distribution, ensuring a smooth and controlled deceleration. Additionally, the incorporation of regenerative braking allows for energy recovery, increasing vehicle efficiency and …

Gold Nanoparticle Size, Biodistribution, and Toxicity: Insights from DualEnergy CT
Abstract: Dual-energy and spectral computed tomography (CT) have emerged as powerful platforms for noninvasive, quantitative mapping of nanoparticle biodistribution in vivo. By exploiting the energy-dependent attenuation profiles of high-atomic-number (high-Z) materials, these systems enable material decomposition and element-specific imaging, thereby distinguishing nanoparticle signals from those of soft tissues and conventional iodinated contrast agents. Photon-counting spectral CT further enhances this capability by binning individual photons into multiple energy channels, improving spatial resolution, …

Support Vector Machine Inspired Load Forecasting of a State University in Haryana
Abstract: Estimating the possible environmental impact and determining probable capital requirements are made easier with a solid grasp of electricity demand. Beginning in the middle of the 20th century, demand forecasting for electric power networks was studied theoretically. Prior to that, the study of demand forecasting had not developed because of the small scale of power networks. With the use of statistical prediction techniques, plans for the electric power industry have …
