Comparative Study of MEH-PPV, Alq3 and P3HT based OLEDs
Abstract: AbstractElectroluminescence behavior of MEH-PPV (Poly [2-methoxy-5-(2’-ethyl-hexoxy)-1, 4 phenylenevinylene]), Alq3 (Tris (8-hydroxyquinolinato) aluminium) and P3HT as the emissive layer has been investigated in the organic light emitting diode (OLED). 2D numerical simulations have been performed using finite element method from device simulation software ALTLAS from Silvaco Inc.
