Design and Fabrication of Tapered Optical Fiber Related Devices
Abstract: By joining conical single-mode fibers, a Mach-Zehnder interferometer with a refractive index (RI) sensor was produced. Sensors were made directly from conical SMFs using a Vytran engine.
