Quantum-Fuzzy Tensor Operators and Uncertainty-Band Bifurcation for Symmetry-Preserving State Discrimination
Abstract: A tensor-operator framework is developed for fuzzy conjunction, fuzzy disjunction, and symmetry-preserving state discrimination in multi-qubit quantum systems. In this formulation, fuzzy membership and non-membership degrees are represented through expectations of effect operators acting on density matrices, providing a natural bridge between fuzzy logic and quantum measurement theory. Conjunction and disjunction operations are extended to the quantum domain via tensorised channels, constructed using projective measurements and unitary transformations, enabling logical …

A novel similarity measure for interval value picture fuzzy Environment and extended TOPSIS
Abstract: Correct decision-making is the most arduous task in our daily life. The decisions are hard to make in the multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) problems due to ambiguous and unexpected information. In order to cope with such uncertainties in the data, a new decision-making approach has been developed using a newly defined similarity measure under the framework of interval-valued picture fuzzy set (IVPFS), as an extension of picture fuzzy sets (PFS). In …

Procedure for Conventional Facial Emotion Detection Algorithms Based on Machine Learning
Abstract: Researchers in psychology, computer science, linguistics, neurology, and allied fields have become more interested in a human-computer interface system for autonomous face recognition or facial expression recognition. This study has recommended an Automatic Facial Expression Recognition System (AFERS). The proposed methodology consists of face detection, feature extraction, and facial expression identification processes. The initial phases of the face detection procedure include skin color identification using the YCbCr color model, illumination …

Conceptualization of An Intelligent Decision Framework for Control Factors and Weld Quality Prediction
Abstract: To improve the robot's welding quality, control welding precision, optimize welding parameters, realize continuous welding quality database optimization, and increase welding defect detection, a fuzzy neural network-based intelligent decision-making system must be built. This study demonstrates how fuzzy control theory and BP neural networks may be used to identify welding issues and enhance process variables. The experimental findings indicate that, with seam classification accuracy close to 90%, enhancing welding parameters …

PSO Based Design and Analysis of Hybrid Optimization Technique using DC-DC converter with MPPT Technique
Abstract: The power voltage trademark curve of photovoltaic (PV) exhibits has several tops under fractional circumstances; The PV model worked at most extreme power gives more effectiveness. With the goal that the MPPT is used. The current Greatest Limit Point Following (MPPT) control strategies might neglect to work. However, the particle swarm optimization (PA) algorithm is more suitable for solving many serious optimization problems. Then this paper proposes a new algorithm …

Group-Theoretic Symmetry Indices for Modular Building Layouts under Seismic Load Redistribution
Abstract: Symmetry in modular buildings operates simultaneously as an architectural language, a structural regularizer, and a computational design variable. This paper develops a group-theoretic framework for evaluating and optimizing plan symmetry in modular buildings subjected to seismic load redistribution. The building layout is modeled as a finite occupancy–stiffness field defined on a rectangular lattice, where each module encodes both mass and stiffness contributions. Planar reflections and quarter-turn rotations are represented as …
