Application of Portfolio Using Fuzzy Logic
Abstract: ABSTRACTA portfolio has to match the portfolio of long-term liabilities with the portfolio of assets. Key instruments in strategic asset liability management (ALM) are the adjustment of investments with respective policies and their interest rate analogous with the scenario of the market. We have given mathematical formulation of the investment problem in terms of stochastic problem (SP) and finally represented it in terms of Fuzzy Inference Engine by providing a …

Image Preprocessing Techniques
Abstract: ABSTRACTPreprocessing method is an important step, specifically for low-quality picture images. This method is robust to lighting variations and produces images with very little noise and consistent stroke width. The process computes a “surface” of background intensities at every point in the image that performs adaptive thresholding based on this result. The surface is estimated by identifying regions of low resolution text and interpolating neighboring background intensities into these regions. …

Examining the Crowd in Real-time with Deep Learning
Abstract: In this research, a model is proposed that can be used to estimate crowd density in a specific region and to establish social distances in accordance with predetermined rules. This is accomplished utilizing a multi-source model-based approach. In a small public gathering where hand counting is impossible, this technique conducts a survey. To do this, input video frames are extracted, each frame is processed, and then passed to the model …
