Innovative Approaches to Improve Electrochemical Machining Performance
Abstract: New developments in material science have invented high-strength temperature-resistant (HSTR) materials with many extraordinary qualities. Now a day's these advanced and smart materials such as nickel-based super alloys, stainless steel and tool steel are the demands of automotive, aerospace, electronics, medical devices and communication industries for production of more durable and reliable products. Machining of these materials is a challenge and traditional manufacturing techniques are often found unfit for the …

Composite Behavior of Bagasse Ash Stabilized Expansive Soil with Sodium Benzophenone Under Curing Conditions
Abstract: The present investigation examines the development of a hybrid composite using Black Cotton (BC) soil, Bagasse Ash (BA), and Sodium Benzophenone (SBP) as performance-enhancing elements. Different ratios of BA, a silica-rich agro-industrial by-product, were added to improve pozzolanic reactivity and particle size distribution (0%, 6%, and 12%). SBP was added in the range of 0–0.6% as a compatibilizer in order to enhance interfacial adhesion, particle cohesivity and moisture-assisted deterioration resistance. …

Design and Simulation of Bowman’s Suspension System using Amesim
Abstract: Bowman’s suspension system has been specially designed to provide good ride comfort and to reduce the effect of shocks. The design stabilizes the vehicle while driving. It increases resistance to body inclination. The angular movement of linkages helps while driving and emergency braking with high control precision. The horizontal movement of the springs helps to reduce the roll of the vehicle while accelerating and braking. Usually in a vehicle all …

Development and Thermal-Soiling Performance Evaluation of Boron-Nitride Reinforced Polymer Nanocomposite Coatings for Solar Photovoltaic Applications
Abstract: Surface heating, dust buildup, and weakening triggered by ultraviolet (UV) light all have a vast effect on the long-term performance of solar photovoltaic (PV) modules. These issues all lower power conversion efficiency in real-world open-air circumstances. A nanocomposite coating built on fluoropolymer (FEP) that is reinforced with hexagonal boron nitride (h-BN) nanoparticles is invented by this study to enhance thermal dissipation, optical transmission, and resistance to dirt at the same …
