Development of Intermittent Gas Lift Optimum Time Module Using Automatic Pneumatic System
Abstract: Artificial lift technique is used to bring hydrocarbons to the surface when they cannot come to the surface on their own. Gas lift is an artificial lift technique which is classified into continuous and intermittent gas lifts. Continuous gas lift is used when the hydrocarbon fills into the wellbore continuously but is not able to come to the surface while intermittent gas lift is used when the fluid flow into …

Correlation and Variability among Yield and Yield Attributes of Advance Rice Genotypes in Rain Fed Condition
Abstract: AbstractThe present research consists of 12 rice (Oryza sativa L.) genotypes and the experiment was conducted during June–November, 2017 in randomized block design with the three replications at NARC, Kumaltar. The data were recorded for ten quantitative characters to study genetic variability, heritability, genetic advance and correlation coefficient analysis. Analysis of variance among 12 genotypes showed significant difference for all characters studied except non-effective tiller. Grain yield had positive significant …

Effect of Yoga on Police Personal’s Lung Capacity and Physiological Parameters when Added to their Fitness Training
Abstract: Aim: Occupational hazard of the stress of police duty requires regular rejuvenation of the physical and physiological capacity of the body for handling daily challenges. Hence this pre- and post- intervention effect evaluation was conducted among a cohort of Delhi police personnel to estimate physical and physiological changes with added Yoga during the ongoing fitness schedule for on-duty police personnel. Methods and Material: police personnel n-53, gender male, aged 40-45 …

Linear Programming for Profit Optimization in Small-Scale Manufacturing: A Python-Based Simplex and Machine Learning Approach
Abstract: Profit maximization under resource constraints is a classic challenge. Small manufacturers face tight margins and scarce capital every day. This paper tackles that problem using four Python-based methods. The case study is Bintang Bakery in Bandar Lampung, Indonesia. The bakery makes three bread types and faces 18 resource constraints. Data comes from Anggoro et al. Methods tested include LP revised simplex, Differential Evolution, PSO, and ANN Surrogate. General-purpose scipy minimizers …

Sensitivity of Shape Factor Impacts in Water Works Infrastructure Failure
Abstract: Simple geometry used in water software and hydride sign works was failed here. Comprehensive real data with complex irregular geometries were incorporated provided for wider application and feasible solutions. A realistic and more practical approach was tested, found reliable and compatible with water engineering principles considered for calculation of volumetric water rates by three types of Ogee shapes. Results indicated proximity between numerical and experimental data accurately predicted based on …

In-depth Evaluation of the CBR Method in Flexible Pavement Design
Abstract: The California Bearing Ratio (CBR) value of the subgrade is a crucial parameter utilized in the design of flexible pavements, as recommended by the Indian Roads Congress (IRC). The choice of materials used in constructing the pavement can significantly influence its overall design and performance. Pavements play an essential role in ensuring traffic flows smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Generally, pavements are categorized into two types: flexible and rigid. Flexible pavements …

Assessing Air Quality, Climate Change, and Migration Dynamics in Delhi NCR: A System Dynamics Approach
Abstract: As climate change accelerates and environmental degradation worsens, urban centers like Delhi NCR are under increasing pressure from internal migration. Poor air quality—especially in rural and peri-urban regions—emerges both as a driver of out-migration and a deterrent for in-migration to already burdened cities. This study develops a system dynamics (SD) model that integrates climate variables, air pollution metrics, economic indicators, governance quality, and migration behavior to simulate population flows into …

Efficient Clustering Techniques for Data Stream Mining
Abstract: Data mining mainly works on a massive database for storing heavy amount of data. It is generally essential for extracting the meaning insights from the massive, continuously growing database. The traditional method often struggles with sheer volume and the dynamic nature of the modern data. Data stream mining allows for the real-time analysis, means insights are generated as the data arrives, and not after the long batch process. This continuous …

Multi-layer Perceptron Ensemble for Estimation of Available Transfer Capability in Deregulated Environment
Abstract: The available transfer capability (ATC) estimation problem can be considered as a unique answered puzzle to be solved with highly nonlinear complexity of power systems and the uncertain state of the energy market. To implement the open access in deregulated markets, system operator should post ATC at a small and regular interval on openly accessible network. This forces the quick computation of ATC of transmission path. In these situations, the …
