Substrates Effects on CdTe Thin Films Using Double Layer Thermal Evaporation
Abstract: The CdTe thin films are successfully deposited by a thermal evaporation method. In the CdTe/CdS/FTO glass and CdTe/CdS/AZO/FTO glass structures, modified double-layer thermal evaporation technique is applied for the preparation of CdTe thin films.
