Multitarget Molecular Docking Using Curcuma longa Phytocompounds for Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Treatment
Abstract: Objective: The primary goal of this research is to understand and describe specific aspects of molecular interaction, it includes studying various aspects such as binding affinity, binding mode, and stability of the ligand-protein complex. Molecular docking is a computational technique used to predict the preferred orientation of one molecule to a second when bound together to form a stable complex. In this study, molecular docking will be employed to stimulate …

Comprehensive Study and Triggering Factors of Alcoholic and Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver
Abstract: Over the past few years, fatty liver disease has turned out to be a rather widespread phenomenon and has become a serious issue with the global population nowadays. It comprises alcoholic fatty liver disease and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, which develop under the influence of various initiating factors, though frequently follow similar pathologies. The overloading of lipids in the hepatocytes in most cases will be the first sign of the …

The Mycobiome Frontier – Pre & Post 2020 Status: Integrating Fungal Bioactive Compounds, Probiotics, and Antimicrobial Peptides in Modern Therapeutics and Biotechnology.
Abstract: The fungal kingdom represents an indispensable resource in modern therapeutics and biotechnology, offering a diverse array of bioactive compounds, probiotics, and antimicrobial peptides (AMPs). Functional fungal polysaccharides (FFPs), such as beta-glucans, chitin, and mannans, are centrally involved in modulating the human gut microbiota, providing novel therapeutic avenues for chronic conditions including diabetes, neurodegenerative disorders, and cancer. These compounds act as prebiotics, nourishing beneficial bacteria and enhancing metabolic parameters such as …

Nutrient Sensing and Microbiota Crosstalk: Driving Determinants Shaping Metabolic Stability and Adaptive Physiology for Animal Health
Abstract: Nutrient sensing is a fundamental cellular process that enables animals to adapt to fluctuating dietary inputs while maintaining metabolic homeostasis and health. Recent advances reveal that the gut microbiota functions as an active metabolic partner, producing bioactive metabolites that directly influence host nutrient-sensing pathways and downstream cellular responses. This review synthesizes current knowledge on the integration of key signalling networks, including adenosine monophosphate activated protein kinase (AMPK), mechanistic target of …

Exploring the Therapeutic Potential of Phytohormones: Bridging Plant Immunity and Human Health
Abstract: This review highlights the multifaceted roles of phytohormones, including salicylic acid, abscisic acid, cytokinins, and brassinosteroids, emphasizing their contributions to plant immunity and potential therapeutic applications in human health. Phytohormones are critical regulators of plant growth, development, and defense, functioning as signaling molecules that activate and coordinate plant responses to biotic and abiotic stresses. Salicylic acid, in particular, is instrumental in systemic acquired resistance (SAR), a defense mechanism that strengthens …
