Extraction of Natural Dye from Red Rose Flowers
Abstract: In this research work, locally available red flowers of the red rose are selected for the extraction of anthocyanin. Ethanol solvent was used to extract anthocyanin from flowers. Different methods are used to obtain natural dyes from flowers. FTIR, pH, and UV tests were performed to characterize the extracted anthocyanin.
