Abstract: Understanding blood flow patterns in the carotid artery (CA) is crucial for detecting cardiovascular diseases. Computational fluid dynamics simulations compared non-Newtonian (non-Newt) and Newtonian (Newt) models under pulsatile and laminar flow.
