Monophase Solution for Enhancing Solubility and Dissolution of Ezetimibe by Spray Dried Microparticle
Abstract: The aim of the present study was to improve the solubility and dissolution rate of Ezetimibe by preparing crystals by spray drying technique using Isopropyl alcohol (IPA) and water as solvent system. Ezetimibe crystals were produced by spray drying using IPA as solvent to enhance solubility and dissolution rate. The prepared crystals were evaluated for solubility and in vitro dissolution. The prepared formulations were characterized by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), …

Sumatriptan Succinate Mucoadhesive Buccal Tablets: Formulation Design, Optimization and Evaluation
Abstract: The main aim of present investigation was to develop and study mucoadhesive buccal tablets of sumatriptan succinate using different bioadhesive polymer. Nine formulations were prepared by using direct compression method with varying concentration of polymer as HPMC (Metolose SR 90SH-15000), xanthan gum (XTGM) and sodium carboxy methyl cellulose (sodium CMC). Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy was used to identify drug excipient interaction. Micromeritic properties of lubricated blend, physical properties and chemical …

Automation of 1.5tr Air Conditioing Systems Used in Different Cabins in Different Areas
Abstract: India is the world's most populous country and temperatures in many states regularly exceed 40°C. Therefore, people living in humid climates need a means to control temperature. Scientists have determined that human comfort is between 22°C and 27°C. This research determines all the properties of air relevant to the operation of water pipes. Exploring automation in air conditioning systems with Passive Infrared Sensor is to develop and implement intelligent climate …

Spectroscopic and Thermal Investigations of Barium Tartrate Crystals Grown in Agar-Agar Gel
Abstract: Barium tartrate chargers were synthesized using the gel system with a single prolixity fashion at room temperature in a 1 w/ v agar- agar gel as the growth medium. The reactants, 1M BaCl₂ (dihydrate) and 1M disodium tartrate, were introduced into the gel and allowed to interact for a period of 25 days. Completely developed white, candescent, spherulitic-structured chargers of barium tartrate were gathered later. Infrared spectroscopy( FTIR) revealed characteristic …
