Pore Distributions in Porous Anodic Aluminum Oxide (PAAO) Surfaces of Pure and Commercial Aluminum Substrates
Abstract: Porous anodic aluminum oxide (PAAO) surfaces were developed on pure aluminum (PA) and commercial aluminum (CA) substrates by anodization as a function of voltage in phosphoric acid bath at 278 K and were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy. Thermal Stability of Compatibilised Natural Rubber/ Chitosan Blends
Abstract: The thermal degradation behavior of Natural Rubber /Chitosan (NR/CS) blends compatibilised with maleic anhydride (MA) was studied by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). Thermal Conductivity of CNT-Deposited Carbon Fiber Epoxy Matrix Composites
Abstract: AbstractWe have recently developed nanostructured coupling agents designed to couple micron scale reinforcements to the composite matrix. Scanning electron microscopy and Raman spectroscopy show evidence of carbon nanotubes deposited onto the carbon fibers. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy provides evidence of a covalent link formed between the carbon nanotubes and the sizing on the carbon fibers.
