Centrifugal pump which is utilized mainly for irrigation purpose and has a wide range of application in industry. It has an 85 % operating cost and so our aim is to reduce operating expense of pump. So in the present work the aim of the research is to do energy management in centrifugal pump. Objective of this research is Overall efficiency of the pump should be improved, which can be done in various ways like increasing the discharge at the same head for the same power consumption, increasing the head at the same discharge for the same power consumption or for the same head, power consumption, discharge if the cost of the equipment is reduced considerably.
