A novel design of a slotted antenna for Bluetooth & WLAN Applications is presented in this paper. Modifications of the initial rectangular design for improving return loss and bandwidth are proposed and discussed. The proposed antenna was successfully developed by using CST Microwave Studio and fabricated prototype by using jeans substrate and copper tape. The proposed textile antenna covers a wide impedance bandwidth of about 81.46 %. The proposed antenna gives wide bandwidth of 2.11 GHz to 5.01 GHz which is best suitable for blue tooth and WLAN application.Keywords: Microstrip antenna, wide band, CSTCite this ArticleJitendra Ahirwar, Vinod Kumar Singh, Archana Lala.
