Evaluation for Skeletal Muscle Relaxant Activity of Celosia Argentea

Abstract

To evaluate the different extracts of Celosia argentea seeds for skeletal muscle relaxant activity using different model of muscle grip. The skeletal muscle relaxant activity was carried out using Rota rod model in mice. Petroleum ether, ethanol and aqueous extracts had shown more significant activity by decrease in the fall of time.
