The ethanolic extract of ariel parts of Onosma bracteatum, was administered orally at a dose of 100mg/kg in mice, which dose-dependently potentiated the delayed-type hypersensitivity reaction. It significantly enhanced the production of circulating antibody titre in mice with response to SRBCs (Sheep red blood cells).
