Abstract

In this study, nanostructured bulk composites of ZnO-La0.45Pr0.25Sr0.3MnO3 (LPSMO) were studied. These nanostructured composites were prepared by chemical solution technique. Nano particles of ZnO and LPSMO were mixed in weight ratio of 9:1 to prepare nanocomposite ceramic. Compared with pristine ZNO, nanocomposite of ZnO-LPSMO showed enhanced dielectric constant. The spin polarization (in ferromagnetic region) based quantum tunneling effect is used to explain the experimental results. Enhanced dielectric properties in nanocomposite and lower frequency shows its better future in dielectric material based devices specially to enhance the Ferro electricity and Piezoelectricity. .
