Lipid Drug Conjugates: A Novel Approach for Drug Delivery A Systematic Review
Abstract: The lipid drug conjugates (LDCS) a novel lipid based nanoparticles which has been extensively employed for the delivery and targeting of drugs. These have been exploited for many features in the field of pharmaceutical technology. The lipid drug conjugates have a 33% drug loading capacity more than the solid lipid nanoparticles (SLNs). The lipid drug conjugates have the potential to act as a delivery system for hydrophilic and lipophilic drugs, …

Simultaneous Estimation of Irbesartan and Hydrochlorothiazide in Bulk and Tablet Dosage Form by UV-Spectrophotometry
Abstract: The present study describes a simple, accurate, precise and cost-effective UV Spectrophotometric method for the simultaneous estimation of irbesartan and hydrochlorothiazide in bulk and tablet dosage form. The solvent used was methanol and the absorption maxima for irbesartan and hydrochlorothiazide were found to be 250 nm and 270 nm respectively. A linear response was observed in the range of 4–20 µg/mL with a correlation coefficient of 0.998 for irbesartan and …
