Coupled Plasmon Phonon Polariton Waves in Cylindrical Zinc Selenide (ZnSe) Semiconductor: A Theoretical Study
Abstract: Zinc Selenide (ZnSe) is a semiconductor material. In this study, Bloch hydrodynamical model is applied as a theoretical tool to investigate the coupling among plasmons, phonons and photons in the Zinc Selenide (ZnSe) semiconductor material. Here the geometrical shape of this semiconductor is taken cylindrical and surrounded with vacuum as a dielectric medium. Plasmons are the quanta of elementary excitations produced by the valence electron oscillations and phonons are the …

DC Motor Based AC Power Generator Design and Implementation
Abstract: A reliable and efficient electricity supply is a vital requirement for the development of any country as it is the primary source of energy that powers most technologies. This document describes the design and implementation of an alternator that produces electrical energy from an alternator that uses a DC motor as its prime mover. The generator armature shaft was directly coupled to a DC motor driven by a high-current battery. …

A Review on Quantum Entanglement
Abstract: Erwin Schrodinger first used the phrase “quantum entanglement” in 1935 to describe a mechanical phenomenon at the quantum level where two (or more) particles’ quantum states must be defined in relation to one another even if they may be geographically apart. This paradoxical event has confounded us for a very long time. Entangled particle behavior appears to be mysterious, illogical, and akin to sorcery at work. The successful and dependable …

Cerium Admixture Effect on the Surface Magnetic Properties of Ceramics Based on Yttrium Oxide
Abstract: The influence of 10 mol.% cerium oxide dopant on phase transformations, morphology, and surface magnetic properties (magnetic structure) of polycrystalline ceramics obtained in the CeO2–Y2O3 system, depending on the conditions of its heat treatment, was studied. Using the X-ray phase analysis method, it was established that heat treatment at 120°C does not lead to the interaction of the initial components, and when the oxide mixture is fired at a temperature …
