Experimental Studies and in silico Analysis on Quarum Sensing and System Simulation in Pseudomonas aeruginosa
Abstract: Pseudomonas aeruginosa is the most common pathogenic bacterium present in human microbial flora, biofilms, soil and water associated and support self microbial communications and survilance. The present study shows estimated protein concentration present in two days grown in Mullar hinton broth was resulted around 32.5 mg/ml. The studies in protein interaction on X-ray film with aqueous fruit and vegetable extracts showed good results with apple, straw berry, cucumber, grape, orrange, …

Optimization Study on Cr (VI) Removal by Response Surface Methodology using Artemia franciscana
Abstract: Response Surface Methodology was employed in the present investigation to obtain the optimized physical condition for the removal of Cr (VI) from the aqueous solution. The pH was varied from 8–12 and the salinity from 30–50‰. The pH of 10 and salinity 40‰ was found to be optimized physical condition for the 95% of Cr (VI) removal from the aqueous solution using Artemia franciscana by the process of bioaccumulation. Keywords: …

Indirect Treatment Comparison in Meta-Analysis Using Three Methods for Rheumatoid Arthritis
Abstract: Background: The data were extracted from the comparative effectiveness review (CER) on pharmacological treatments for rheumatoid arthritis (RA) developed by the International University of North Carolina Evidence Based Practice Center (UNC EPC). The included studies enrolled patients with active RA despite oral disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs (DMARD) therapy. The outcome measures of choice were American College of Rheumatology (ACR) 20/50/70 response rates. Objective: To compare and find the best treatment for RA …

ALADIN and its Protein Interactions with the Nucleoproteins: An Insilico Analysis
Abstract: The nuclear pore complex (NPCs) are big, protein complexes made up of multiple units that traverse the nuclear envelope (NE), establishing a discerning channel between the cytoplasm and nucleus for the nucleocytoplasmic transport. It has different roles in cellular processes, like cell-cycle progression, control of gene expression, and signal transduction. NPC is a vast and complex structure, compiled from almost 30 proteins, termed nucleoporins. Earlier studies have shown that each …

Production, Estimation and Protein Network Studies of Bioethanol Fermented Media from Maduca Longifolia Produced by Surface Fermentation using Candida Albicans
Abstract: Candida albicans is a fungus that is used as industrially important species in fermentation productions from past several decades. In the present experimentation, Madhuca longifolia dried flowers with Candida albicans, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa respectively are used as cultures and was analyzed for bioethanol production. Bioethanol produced in M. longifolia+yeast with about 40% was more compared with other samples. M. longifolia+ Pseudomonas showed 20% ethanol, M. longifolia+ candida 14% …
