Impact of ETL/Absorber Interface layer on Perovskite (CH3NH3PbX3, X: I, Br, Cl) Solar Cell
Abstract: In this paper, the impact of ETL/Absorber interface layer has been studied on the efficiency of perovskite solar cell using perovskite materials such as methyl ammonium lead trihalide (MAPbX3, MA=CH3NH3, X: I, Br, Cl) through the SCAPS tool. Modeling and the numerical simulation have been performed with electrical properties of the MAPbX3 material used as the active layer and calculated different parameters such as open-circuit voltage (Voc), power conversion efficiency …

A Detail Opto-electronic and Photocatalytic Study of Amorphous Carbon Nanotubes—MoS2 Hybrids
Abstract: Amorphous carbon nanotube – MoS2 nanohybrids were synthesized by simple hydrothermal method where two different precursor, thiourea and L-cysteine were used as a source of sulfur. Amorphous carbon nanotube has been prepared separately by a low temperature chemical process. Amorphous carbon nanotube-MoS2 nanohybrids were characterized by using X-ray diffraction, energy dispersive X-ray analysis, field emission scanning and high resolution transmission electron microscope, Raman spectrometer. Dye removal (from water) performance of …

Synthesis of Silver Nanoparticles from Pseuderanthemum malabaricum and Evaluation of Anticancer Activity
Abstract: The present study was focused on eco-friendly and green approach synthesis of silver nanoparticles using plant extracts of P. malabaricum. The morphological and physical properties of synthesized silver nanoparticles were analyzed using various spectroscopic and microscopic studies such as UV visible spectroscopy, FT-IR, XRD, SEM with EDAX, DLS, Zeta potential and Particle size analyzer. After structural characterization, the synthesized silver nanoparticles were subjected to anti-cancer activity studies against cervical cancer …

Nanotechnology to Improve the Biofouling and Corrosion Performance of Marine Paints: From Lab Experiments to Real Tests in Sea
Abstract: Nanocontainers of the type CuO, ZnO and CeMo were developed in the present work and incorporated into commercial paints. The nanocontainers were filled with bromosphaerol (CuO and ZnO), SeaNineTM 211 (CuO and ZnO), and 8Hydroxyquinoline (CeMo). The new resulting paints were tested in the lab and in the sea via painting a fraction of two ships. The outcome of this work is encouraging demonstrating that the new nanotechnology-based paints yield …

Design of Ultra-Low-Power Robust SRAM Cell
Abstract: SRAM is designed to provide an interface with CPU and to replace DRAMs in systems that require very low power consumption. Low power SRAM design is crucial since it takes a large fraction of total power and die area in high-performance processors. An SRAM cell must meet the requirements for the operation in submicron/nano ranges. The scaling of CMOS technology has significant impacts on SRAM cell random fluctuation of electrical …
