Effects on gills of catfish Clarias Batrachus exposed to aqueous silver nanoparticles.
Abstract: During the past development of Nano technology and the probably of its side effects on aquatic body organs, this study investigate the effect of nano silver administration on histology of gills in catfish clarias bactracus following chronic exposure to sublethal concentrations of silver nanoparticles. When fish were exposed silver nanoparticles size (10nm), (N10) 1/15th of 96 h Lc 50 value for 10 and 20 days. In the gills, the epithelical …

Structural and Optical Properties Investigation of Sn doped ZnTe Thin Film
Abstract: To increase the efficiency of a single-junction solar cell the Intermediate Band Solar Cell (IBSC) is proposed, where, IBSC designed to provide extra optical transitions that enable sub-band gap energy photons to participate in current generation through pumping of electrons from the valence band (VB) to the Intermediate Band (IB) and further from the IB to the conduction band (CB) hence it provide high conversion efficiency. Thin film of undoped …

A Review on Nanofluids: Preparation and Applications
Abstract: Nanofluids are essential because they improve heat transfer. Nanofluids are colloidal combinations of ceramic particles or nanometric metallic in a base fluid, such as ethylene glycol, water or oil. Nanofluids possess huge potential to increase the heat transfer character of the original liquid due to enhanced thermal transport properties. nanoparticles have been utilized in transmission oil, radiator coolant and engine oil to increase heat transfer removal from automobile engine. Specific …

Synthesis, Properties and Applications of Amorphous Carbon Nanotube and MoS2 nanosheets: A Review
Abstract: Recently, carbon nanotube have been showing great interest in the field of nanotechnology for its exceptional physical, electronic properties. The synthesis procedure of crystalline carbon nanotube are immensely tough for which researchers are focused on amorphous carbon nanotube. Furthermore the presence of dangling bonds in amorphous carbon nanotube makes it easily reactable with other nanomaterial to form into nanohybrids. This nanohybrids are quite challengeable to crystalline carbon nanotube in various …

Impact of Barrier Thickness and Height on the Current-Voltage (I-V) Characteristics of GaAs/Ga1-xAlxAs Quantum Cascaded Laser
Abstract: Quantum Cascaded Laser (QCL) physics is different from a diode laser. In diode, laser transitions occur between the conduction band and valance band of the materials whereas in quantum-cascade laser transitions occur between states within a single quantum well. This paper presents the effect of barriers thickness on the I-V characteristics of GaAs/Ga1-xAlxAs based QCL. The calculated I-V characteristics findings predict the output current modulation capability of the proposed GaAs/Ga1-xAlxAs …
