Abstract: AbstractUrinary catheterization is a routine medical procedure that facilitates direct drainage of the urinary bladder. Around one-fourth of the hospitalized patients are catheterized during their hospital stay. Modified Delphi Technique: Content validity of the Pressure ulcer risk assessment tool
Abstract: A study was undertaken to develop the risk assessment tool for prediction of pressure ulcer. Content validity of the tool was done through modified Delphi technique.
