Experimental Investigation of Hematite Fines Reduction to Magnetite with Coal and Coke Fines
Abstract: In this current investigation, we aimed to comprehensively examine how various key processing parameters influence the reduction of hematite particles enveloped by coal and coke fines. This reduction process took place in an externally heated cylindrical steel container, which we will call the "work tube." This work tube had a diameter of 70 mm and a height of 300 mm and was situated within a pot furnace. For the experimentation, …

Assessment of Carbon Fibre (CF) and Carbon Nanotube (CNT) as Supercapacitor Electrode on Surface Activated Nickel Foam
Abstract: In present paper, an attempt has been made to compare the potential of two different carbon-based materials, Carbon Fibre (CF) and Carbon Nanotubes (CNT), as electrode materials. These two materials are compared against each other in terms of their dimensions, volume of deposition on Nickel foam and their performance under Cyclic Voltammetry (CV). It was observed that owing to the dimensions of the depositing material, CNT (nano-sized carbon) electrode reflected …

Review on Challenges in Drilling Non-metals
Abstract: Drilling is widely used in manufacturing industry and can be easily performed on all materials. It is well known that drilling produces under size of the hole and we need to carry out further operations like boring to get the exact dimensions. When coming to nonmetals like composites maintaining the dimenions in drilling operations is a critical task, as they are laminated with different materials and chances of defects present …

Examination of Physicochemical Parameters of Crude Oil Remediation in Soil Environment using Agro-Based Material
Abstract: In this investigation the following physicochemical parameters were monitored which include cation exchange capacity, sodium ion, carbon, magnesium, nitrogen, calcium, available phosphorus, pH, electrical conductivity, and temperature. The experimental result obtained reveals that the physicochemical parameters analyzed the reaction than the inhibiting the reaction process by inhibiting the active site of microorganisms present in each bioreactor. The research showcases, the mass and the volume of the materials used for the …
