Abstract

In this investigation the following physicochemical parameters were monitored which include cation exchange capacity, sodium ion, carbon, magnesium, nitrogen, calcium, available phosphorus, pH, electrical conductivity, and temperature. The experimental result obtained reveals that the physicochemical parameters analyzed the reaction than the inhibiting the reaction process by inhibiting the active site of microorganisms present in each bioreactor. The research showcases, the mass and the volume of the materials used for the experimental set-up of each bioreactor for the study as 20kg of loamy soil, 100ml of crude oil and 30g to 150g of remediant. The agro-based remediants used for this investigation demonstrates that the physicochemical parameters monitored resulted to increase and decrease in the properties as well as enhance a positive performance of the process without the inhibition of bioremediation.  The mass of the remediant dosage influence the characteristics of the physicochemical parameters monitored as well as favor  the bioremediation process.
