A Mini-Review on Spectral (UV Visible, FT-IR, 1H NMR, GC-MS) Analysis of Various Shaded Dried Leaves Extracts
Abstract: To collect the different types of leaves in various places, wash collected leaves with distilled water and dried these leaves in various processes like under shade dry for 15 days, place oven (45 oC) for 1 hour. Grind well using the above-dried leaves, so these leaves are changed to powder form. Utilize these shaded dried leaves powder, to prepare extract with solvents like methanol, ethanol, hexane, carbon tetrachloride, petroleum ether, …

Evaluation of Physicomechanical and Biodestructible Properties of Polyethylene-based Composite Sheets for Packaging Application
Abstract: Worldwide, the packaging market has seen steady growth and plastic ingredients have become distinct. Plastic is an important part of daily life and is used for a variety of purposes. Low-density polyethylene (LDPE) plastic is one of the greatest influential packaging ingredients in today's society. When polyethylene plastic products are out of use, they are thrown away like ordinary garbage. The main disadvantage is that they are not biodegradable, and …

Predictive Modeling and Optimization of Citric Acid Bioproduction Using Ipomoea batatas Peel (Sweet Potato)
Abstract: In this research, the Box–Behnken design was adopted and applied to the process and the total of 30 experimental runs were generated for the liquefaction steps considered for the purpose of citric acid bioproduction using Ipomoea batatas peel (sweet potato) which was very helpful during the investigatory process of this research. The liquefaction step adopted were very sensitive as gross investigations to ascertain their usability was made and proven worthy …

Review on UV – Visible Spectroscopy and HPLC
Abstract: Like Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy, UV-visible spectroscopy is used to determine the purity of pharmaceutical compounds. Many substances have chromospheres, which absorb certain wavelengths of ultraviolet or visible light. Using the Beer–Lambert equation, the absorption of spectra obtained from these samples at given wavelengths can be directly related to the sample concentration. Normally, UV and UV-visible spectra are recorded at high and low pH, and the results of both are compared …
