Abstract

This paper express the rare of uranium transport in predominant lateritic soil formation, the formation were observed to be unconsolidated in the study environment thus deposit high uranium substance in the area, their migration were influenced by manmade and natural origin activities, but the soil experiences migration rate  in linear and fluctuation phase in there transport process, the study explain the rate of pressure from void ratio and it low plasticity  which has also cause its rate of migration up to thirty six metres, the homogeneous condition in lateritic soil were different from void formation as fluctuation in void ratios were observed. These were reflected on uranium concentration in some location through their graphical representations, the rates of concentration were affected by these conditions base on their migration process. The derived solution generated model that were subjected to validation, predictive and measured values experienced favorable fits. Experts will find this model useful in simulating the transport process of uranium in unconsolidated formation thus evaluated there rates of concentration.
