Abstract

The respondents were asked to rate their opinions regarding statements on the use of project-based learning in civil engineering education. The results show a positive reception of the PBL method and an increased perception of the contribution of project-based courses on soft skills such as team work, communication and interpersonal skills.  Finally, suggestions related to the use of project-based learning in civil engineering were proposed.
