  TiO₂ Nanostructured Material-based Gas Sensor for Detecting Oxygen and LPG Gases

  Abstract: This Paper investigates the use of TiO2 nanowires and nanotetrapods on glass and silicon substrates for sensing combustible gases such as LPG (Liquid Petroleum Gas) and Oxygen. The growth of Titanium dioxide (TiO2) nanowires/nanorods/nanotetrapods was investigated using both physical and chemical methods.
