Thiazolidinone and it’s Antibacterial Activity: A ReveiwBy Taher Patel, N. Siva Subramaniam, Mogaliraju Laxmimanisha, Kandukuri Pavani, Naveen Kumar P.
Abstract: Heterocyclic are one of the most important compounds in organic chemistry. Thiazolidinoneand its derivatives are the most important heterocyclic compounds, which are common and integral feature of a variety of natural products and pharmaceutical agents. Thiazolidinone is a cyclic amide formally derived from Thiazolidinone by replacing the Methylene group at position two with a carbonyl group, having various biological activities. Thiazolidinone are the new class of antimicrobial agents with activity …

Synthesis and Antimicrobial Evaluation of Novel Benzimidazolyl ChalconesBy Taher Patel, Nagaraju D., N Siva Subramanian, Sindhuja Savasani
Abstract: A new synthesis of benzimidazolyl chalcones derivatives of N1-[4-(1H-benzo[d]imidazol-2-yl) phenyl] derivatives were synthesized. These compounds have been characterized by detailed IR and NMR spectral analysis and have been screened for their antimicrobial activity in-vitro against bacterial Strains of Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Klebsiella pneumonia, Staphylococcus aureus, and Bacillus subtelis, and fungal strains of Aspergillus niger and Candida albicans were used. Most of the tested compounds exploited potent antimicrobial activity with …
