Realization of Fourth Order Multifunction Filters Using Operational Transresistance AmplifierBy Sajal K. Paul, Rashmi Singh, Ashish Ranjan, Mourina Ghosh
Abstract: Design of analog filters, using single Operational Transresistance Amplifier (OTRA) as the active current mode building block, is presented. Five types of filters have been designed namely Low Pass, High Pass, Band Pass, All pass, and Notch. The order of the proposed filters is four. The theoretical results are verified with PSPICE simulation using 0.5m CMOS process parameters provided by MOSIS (AGILENT). Frequency responses for the presented filters are shown …

A New Current Mode Quadrature Oscillator using Current Differencing Transconductance Amplifier (CDTA)By Sajal K. Paul
Abstract: This paper proposed a new current-mode quadrature oscillator using CDTA (Current Difference Transconductance Amplifier) as the active element. The proposed circuit uses only two grounded or virtually grounded capacitors, two grounded or virtually grounded resistors and two CDTAs. The functionality of the circuit is verified with the PSPICE simulation results.

Gain Controlled Sinusoidal Oscillator Using Current Controlled Current ConveyorsBy Sajal K. Paul
Abstract: A gain-controlled sinusoidal oscillator circuit based on current-controlled current conveyors (CCCII) is introduced. The circuit contains three CCCIIs and two grounded capacitors and no resistor. The amplitude of the output current can be controlled electronically. Hence, the proposed topology is suitable for IC implementation. The CCCII has been implemented using 0.35 μm CMOS technology and the PSPICE simulation results are given.

Design of Grounded Immittance Simulator using Single CDBABy Sajal K. Paul
Abstract: This paper proposes a grounded parallel immittance simulator using single current differencing buffered amplifier (CDBA). The proposed circuit realizes both parallel with R from the same topology. The properties and applications of the proposed circuit are verified using PSPICE simulation.
