Abstract: Behavior difficulties during childhood and adolescence can have immediate consequences on the educational setting, scholastic performance, and social growth of children. Research indicates that students with behavioral issues have lower academic performance and poorer relationships. Teachers may experience stress from these behaviors and confrontation with parents.
