Monitoring Total Petroleum Hydrocarbon Degradation with Influence of Grape Leaf Application as Nutrient Stimulant in SoilBy Ukpaka Chukwuemeka Peter, Samuel Nkanata Philip, Victor Chukwuemeka Ukpaka, Joy Chukwuemeka Peter Ukpaka, Abraham Peter Ukpaka
Abstract: The application of the grape leaf in the treatment of petroleum hydrocarbon degradation in soil environment in investigated and the findings outline with respect to the performance of the bio-stimulant available nutrients associated with. The research reveals increase in TPH degradation in each bioreactor sampled with the room and sun-dried bio-stimulant application in the system with increase in the period of contact time. The rates in which the TPH decreases …

The Integrity of Bio-Stimulant Efficiency of Mint Leaf (Mentha Piperita) on Crude Oil Remediation in Soil EnvironmentBy Vector Chukwuemeka Ukpaka, Joy Chukwuemeka Peter Ukpaka, Abraham Peter Ukpaka, Ukpaka Chukwuemeka. Peter
Abstract: This research addresses the integrity of biostimulant efficiency of mint leaf (Mentha piperita) on crude oil remediation in soil environments. The soil environment consideration in this investigation is loamy and some soil properties were examined; obtained data revealed a nitrogen value of 5.82%, phosphorus value of 46.91mg/kg, potassium value of 417.51mg/kg, and hydrogen-utilizing bacteria (HUB) value of 13.19cfu/g for unpolluted loamy soil, whereas polluted soil with crude oil data are …

Monitoring The Hydrocarbon Utilizing Bacteria in Crude Oil Remediation Using Bio-Stimulant of Mint Leaf (Mentha Piperita)By Joy Chukwuemeka Peter Ukpaka, Abraham Peter Ukpaka, Victor Chukwuemeka Ukpaka, Ukpaka Chukwuemeka Peter
Abstract: Conceptual monitoring of hydrocarbon utilization bacteria on crude oil remediation using bio-stimulant of mint leaf (Mentha piperita) was investigated. The bio-stimulant nutrient was determined by considering the available nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, and hydrocarbon utilizing bacteria presence in both room and sun-dried samples of the remediant used. The mint leaf (Mentha piperita) was processed to obtain the powder form (nano particle size) of the bio-stimulant and the microbes isolated and identified …
