Abstract: Ovarian surface epithelial cancers have high mortality due to late presentation. The ovarian surface epithelial tumours originate from fallopian tubal epithelium. Hence, ovarian surface epithelial tumours have good correlation with respect to genetic and immunohistological changes of fallopian tubes, especially fimbrial end epithelium. Abstract: Histological diagnosis of adrenal lesions is difficult and needs multiple approaches. Histopathological examinations of 31 adrenal specimens were categorized following Weiss and Pass method and scorings were done. Immunohistochemical and special stains were also performed.
