  Hardness and Wear Behaviour of AA8088 Alloy Reinforced by TiB2 Nanoparticles

  Abstract: Using the stir casting technique, an attempt was undertaken to manufacture an aluminium alloy (AA) 8088 matrix reinforced with 0, 1, 3, 5 wt% TiB2 particles. The mechanical characteristics and wear behaviour of the material were investigated.
