  Characterization of Dielectric Resonator Antenna (DRA) for Broadband Applications: An Overview

  Abstract: This article presents a brief review on realization techniques of broadband spectrum using Dielectric Resonators (DRs). Dielectric materials have attractive features in millimeter (mm) wave regions. In this article, attention has been focused on broadband design techniques using DRAs. The dielectric resonators possessing multi-resonant frequencies have been used for the purpose. These multi-resonant frequencies could be merged together to produce the required broadband spectrum.
