Abstract: AbstractObjective: To formulate and evaluate ion activated in-situ gel of carbinoxamine maleate by hot method. Methods: Ion activated in-situ gel of carbinoxamine maleate were prepared by hot method. Optimization of carbinoxamine maleate in situ gel was performed using design expert software.
