Study of Microstructural and Mechanical Properties of YSZ and YSZ/Al2O3 Nanopowders Synthesized by Solution Combustion Method
Abstract: AbstractIn the present work different compositions of nanocrystalline tetragonal zirconia stabilized with yttrium oxide (YSZ) have been produced by solution combustion route. Same compositions of YSZ with alumina doping have also been prepared by similar method. The nanopowders obtained are characterized by various characterization techniques like XRD, FTIR, SEM and Wilson Hardness testing techniques.
