Preparation and Characterization of Lanthanum Doped Calcium Aluminate Nanophosphor (CaAl2O4: La) by Sol-Gel Method
Abstract: Abstract Lanthanum doped calcium aluminate nanophosphor (CaAl2O4: La) was prepared by sol-gel method. Characterizations such as XRD, SEM, EDAX and PL were done. Monoclinic structure was confirmed by the XRD analysis; the particle size was found to be 27 nm and is determined by (Williamson and Hall plot) W-H plot method.
