Formulation and Evaluation of Verapamil Solid Dispersion Tablets for Solubility Enhancement
Abstract: This study was mainly designed to solve the drawbacks of conventional verapamil solid dosage form, low bioavailability and limited clinical efficacy, by preparing solid dispersion. Verapamil solid dispersion was developed by kneading method, melt solvent method and co-precipitation method to modify the release and enhance solubility of the drug.
